This large vacation home invites you to discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan and the pretty little port of Locmariaquer. This beautiful 148 m² family home is located in Locmariaquer, an authentic Breton village ideally situated for exploring the Morbihan region.
Nestled in a peaceful green setting, it offers a large south-facing wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture (outdoor dining table with comfortable armchairs), a swing, 4 deckchairs, an American gas barbecue, a ping-pong table, a heated swimming pool (from Easter vacation to September) and a large, enclosed 1250 m² garden.
Ground floor :
- A large, bright living room with sitting area, wood-burning fireplace (can be used in winter), large-format TV.

- A contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, fridge/freezer, crockery, etc.),
- A large south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue for fine weather, and a 1250 m² garden with trees and a heated 8.50 m x 4.40 m swimming pool for maximum relaxation and a view of the countryside not overlooked! 2 bicycles are available for your use.
First floor:
- Three large, comfortable double bedrooms, two with 160 cm beds, the third with a 140 cm bed and a single bed.
- A sofa bed for 2 people is available in the mezzanine area.

Bed linen and towels provided - beds will be made up on arrival!
A starter kit containing oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas, washing-up liquid, sponges, toilet paper and paper towels is provided for the start of your stay.
The house is also equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, high chair.
2 bicycles are available for use by guests.
The swimming pool is heated from Easter (depending on the weather) until September 30. Water temperature is greatly influenced by weather conditions and we cannot guarantee temperature and use. Child safety: cover and alarm.

Located 2 km from the beaches, with a country feel overlooking a field, and nearby an oyster park accessible to visitors. Numerous trails for cycling enthusiasts! A market every Tuesday & Saturday, as well as a night market in summer.
Close to coastal paths and beaches, 1.8 km from St Pierre beach, and 2.8 km from the Grande Plage, it has everything you need to make your Morbihan vacation unforgettable.
It's a 30-minute drive from the town of Vannes (SNCF train station) and 20 minutes from Auray (SNCF train station from Paris), Carnac or La Trinité sur Mer, which are around 15 minutes away by car.
