Location: The apartment is based about 100 metres away from the new ski lift at Le Prairon. The new ski lift offers fast access to the great skiing area of Les Houches. The area of Le Prairon offers an Apres ski Bar, Ski Shop, Small Deli/groceries, and Ski Rental shop. Behind the parade of shops is a beautiful lake, Forest and Tennis Courts that are available for summer use.

There is also the bus stop that provides a regular Bus service to Chamonix for 1.5 Euro ( 20 minutes), and in the winter offers a return 'Nuit' bus that operates past midnight.
