This charming Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by greenery and renovated with care and attention, is located in a quiet and strategic position between the beaches and centers of Procchio and Marina di Campo.
Its location ensures a pleasant stay in the open air and in contact with the nature of the island.
The villa consists of a large living room with sofa bed, a large dining area and a well-equipped 'American' kitchen. All ceilings present visible wooden beams.
The sleeping area in the central farmhouse offers a large and bright double bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
The second double bedroom is located in an external and independent annex and has its own private bathroom with shower.
For this layout, the house is ideal for a family with older children or for two couples looking to spend their holidays on Elba together and keeping their privacy.
Outside, guests find a spacious and covered patio, equipped for outdoor dining. A grill ensures unforgettable 'barbecue dinners'.
