She saw her tenants having breakfast outside, in the soft morning temperature, at the time when only birdsong can be heard. She also told herself that they could all go to the beach by bicycle. It was easy: all they had to do was pedal 850 m straight under the trees to access it.
On their return, they could prepare delicious little dishes in its brand new fitted kitchen, with an induction hob, a fridge, a freezer, a traditional oven and a microwave oven.
