Positive: Good size room, quiet, easy access to large garden

Negative: We had difficulty finding the property as limited signage and the access from main road is not used. Difficult to find the only member of staff in order to check in. Garden room, so direct access to room, but the door was faulty so could not be closed. Thus for security had to just lock the shutters. Bedroom itself very clean, but en-suite shower door faulty and some black mould on shower tiles. Dinner requested but not provided on either night. Breakfast buffet was very good but displayed in an open shelter in the garden so the 3 or more garden cats were constantly trying to get at the food on the buffet. At the arranged checkout time the manager was not around and could not be contacted. Found it all a stressful experience.
