Summary: Wonderful! The location in Giudecca is perfect - less than 4 min (and no stairs/bridges) to the Redentore vaporetto stop, which serves lines 2, 4.1 and 4.2, making for an incredibly easy trip to San Giorgio Maggiore, San Marco or Murano or from the train or bus stations.
The apartment is modern, perfectly furnished and with everything you need in the kitchen. I loved the fragrance of the toiletries and the view of the canal!
It's also nice to be offered the option to store your bags free of charge at the main location next to the Rialto bridge at the end of your stay (super convenient for the boat to the airport or heading back to the train or bus stations).
I guess only complaint would be to be offered more tea/coffee capsules, as those were only supplied at the beginning of the stay, with a note that they won't be refilled.

Summary: Hotel room was very large and made for a great space to accommodate our family, however there were a few things that needed to be improved if this is to actually be a Luxury hotel. Lighting was poor, very very high humidity with any AC running, we had to turn it all off at night to sleep comfortably. there wasn’t much in the way of luxury with the amenities. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was nice to have but the one room had a pull out couch not an actual bed and in the “master” bedroom it was not a King Size bed as indicated on the ad it was 2 x twin beds pushed together, which did not make for the best evening sleep. Location was good island was peaceful and a great jumping off point. Large space if you’re traveling with a large group or family but I wouldn’t stay again.

Summary: We had the problem that our other apartment was cancelled and this one was the next available with washing machine and options to cook. The lady in charge was amazing, apartment was clean and quiet and from Guidecca there is a nice view.

Summary: We had a great stay. The room was clean, everything worked as it should. Felt right at home. The view from our room was spectacular. The staff responded quickly to even the smallest of needs. There are a few markets, and several cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved our time here!
