Located on three levels, on the ground floor there are a large and well-equipped kitchen, a large living room that opens onto a spacious porch furnished for wonderful outdoor dining leading to the garden, full of a wide variety of plants and equipped with a barbecue. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the basement there are two double bedrooms with bathrooms. Overlooking the garden there is a small annex which is also on two levels: on the ground floor a kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and upstairs another bedroom with two single beds that can possibly be joined together and another bathroom. Just 5 km from the town of Manziana, 10 km from the shore of Lake Bracciano; Marina di Cerveteri 20 km, Ladispoli 23 km, Santa Marinella 29 km, Viterbo 46, Rome 73 km. For a day dedicated to wellness, the nearby Terme di Stigliano is 14 km away.
