Positive: The location is great, we walked everyday from the apartment to the city centre (15-20 mins), but there are also buses and trams in front of the building that you can take instead. The airport connection is also great, we took a train to Rome from the airport, and the apartment was just a few stops by tram. We actually walked from the train station, it takes around 20 minutes. So all in all the location is phenomenal. The people working there welcomed us in and were really friendly, understanding and helpful about everything. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed and we even had a safe where we could leave our most important stuff, which I haven't seen before in a typical rental place. Our room also had a balcony where we ate breakfast, planned our day and talked about it in the evening. The kitchen is shared between the two apartments, and there's always food for breakfast there as well as coffee, tea, some sweet stuff, etc. We went in February and the heating worked just fine, plus there was AC in case the built-in radiator wasn't enough and additional blankets. Our flight was in the evening and they had keys to the building and lobby ready to give so we can leave our stuff there and come back to pick them up later easily. Honestly, it's a really nice place to rent, just a 10/10. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
