Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We wanted somewhere near the train station between town centre and the Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi and this was an ideal spot. A short walk to the station, about 10-15 minutes from the centre and around 20 mins to the Stadium. The apartment was clean, however showed some signs of disrepair, i.e. a missing shower door and a broken bed base. The kitchen facilities were fine for what we needed and once we discovered that there was a washing machine/iron etc available for communal use, there wasn’t anything more we needed.

Negative: The shower was awful, from the terrible shower head, to the tiny cubicle, to the missing door, it made it impossible to have a comfortable shower. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t work, however we eventually figured that you could get access to it in the bedroom, but not in the rest of the apartment. The walk between the apartment towards the train station area was a little intimidating in the evenings, with large groups of men hanging around for no apparent reason.

Summary: A pleasant stay, but could be better
