La Mansarda is the name of the upper floor of the residential building of the La Mola olive farm, which is located approx. 100 m from the Rustico, Nido Celeste and Casa Rosa holiday homes in a quiet location in the middle of the olive groves just 9 km from the sea. Here you can enjoy a holiday in authentic Liguria. Directly in front of the house is the 4 x 10 metre pool (depth 1.40 m), which is exclusively available to guests at La Mola.
You reach the holiday flat from your private parking space through a romantic vine arbour. An external staircase leads to the sheltered terrace with direct views of the pool and garden as well as unobstructed panoramic views over the valley.
The flat consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200) and one with two single beds (90 x 200), a new bathroom with walk-in shower and a large living area, which is divided into a kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, dining area and sitting area. There is a private car park in the grounds.
Plenty of car-free space makes this domicile a paradise for our little guests too! However, if you are on holiday with children, please note that some terraces and stairs as well as the pool are not secured with railings.
Restaurants and a grocery shop are 1 km away, while the infrastructure of the nearest village, Molini di Prelá, offers a pharmacy and a well-stocked village shop with everything you need for your daily needs. Two pizzerias and an excellent restaurant complete the offer. Once a month, a flea market enlivens the picturesque piazza and invites you to browse. The fine sandy beaches and the picturesque town centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio are just 9 km away.
