La Mansarda!

The attic is on the fourth floor of a palazzetto with elevator. Since we use the apartment privately also, it is modern and comfortably furnished. The fully equipped kitchen (including gas stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer) invites you to cook yourself. The dining / living room has a dining table and a couch as well as a desk and a TV (cable); Music can be connected to a small Bose system. In the bedroom you will find, beside the queen bed, a large wardrobe and an armchair. Here you can fall asleep directly under the starry sky. In the bathroom there is an XXL shower and a washing machine. The mansard is heated or cooled by three powerful self-contained air-conditioning units that are programmable. Wi-Fi is available on request.

The attic is perfect for couples or three (extra bed available). It is a five minute walk from the town center and a ten minute walk from the beaches.

A supermarket (Conad) is located just below the Palazzettos, a larger shopping center with Coop, Drugstore, Household goods, etc. is 2 minutes by car.
The mansard is on a hill and the path is partly steep; there is a parking space in front of the entrance for a PKW.

Varazze

Is a typical Ligurian coastal town in the mid-June to mid-September high season. During this period there is a lot going on in the city and on the stalls: evening events in the squares and bars, events in the marina and, of course, the "Passegiata": see and be seen on the 3km long beach promenade with palm trees and cacti is. Personally I love the September to October: here the weather is still summery, the sea still warm but just not everything so hectic. I myself have lived in Varazze for several years and am 2-3 times a year suburb - good / current insider tips are therefore included!
