Summary: Absolutely fantastic. Great location. Lovely staff. Maybe a pack on arrival regarding buses and ski passes etc. There are a lot of questions on a ski trip. Maybe also have spa use in the day for this not skiing. Lovely staff at bar, restaurant and front desk. Cleaning team lovely too. Thank you
