Positive: Great value for money, would come back. We were pleasantly surprised with breakfasts and dinners - great choice, nice presentation of the meals. Wellness in the building is a convenient option after the day out sporting. The room and wellness are a bit retro but clean.

Negative: The room would use some care - bathroom tiles are painted to a different colour that however peels off. Drain stinks. Not really soundproof - I could have the sound of neighbour flushing instead of an alarmclock.
