Positive: The pool.. the staff.. Location.. If i am not mistaken, this year was our 3rd christmas at the hotel. We feel safe and at home.

Negative: PLEASE.. i beg of you. Do not allow the guests to put their towels on the pool beds to “reserve” it.. This habit is very rude and barbaric. Your hotel is a 4 star hotel, an act such as this should not be allowed. My family went down as early as we can, so as to have a pair of pool beds. As early as 7am, we can’t find not even one bed. But the pool is almost empty!!! The beds are already full with towels laden in it. This act is very uncivilized!!

Summary: In spite of the “pool” issue, we enjoyed out stay. And rest assured, we will continue come back next year.
