Positive: There's an amazing spa area with a hot tub and various saunas and showers - very relaxing after a long trip! There's plenty of parking spots nearby, which is convenient, and very beautiful views all around. The room itself is super cozy, spacious, plenty of wood and a breathtaking balcony view. The bed is very comfortable.

Negative: The staff didn't speak English, but what's made it more uncomfortable is that they always looked at me as though they saw a tourist for the very first time ever. Even when I tried to communicate in Italian they wouldn't be quick to deduce my requests and looked frightened. The wifi only works if the TV is turned on. Also, I asked for a king size bed but got a room with two beds moved together. There were few guests that night, so the hotel wasn't fully occupied. The dinner in the restaurant wasn't good but no one bothered to ask. The breakfast was very satisfactory though. No one warned me that there might be naked people in the spa zone. It's common for Germany but not Italy, as far as I know, so it was a rather unpleasant surprise - there must be a warning at least in written spa rules. No female hygiene products in the bathroom.
