Positive: Friendly staff, nice view from the restaurant, comfortable bed, balcony.

Negative: AC was missing and we wouldn’t expect something like that during summer in Italy. We missed that line from Booking description. During the day, the temperature in the hotel room was a bit high, but during night it was better.
