Summary: While this hotel says airport it is INCREDIBLY inconvenient to get to. A one hour train or an expensive taxi ride. Airport shuttle was $30 which is very high for a 7 minute drive. Arrived to several people in the lobby argueing with the check in desk. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes we checked in. Staff was very friendly. Mini fridge did not work, shower had ZERO hot water no matter how long we waited or how we adjusted the knob, and even if we had hot water the water pressure was completely unusable.

Summary: We were told that they would cook the breakfast. But that was just turned out to be a continental breakfast. Nothing special, mostly sugary foods. Very little protein. Also, it says that the hotel was close to the airport and that was not true. It's quite a bit of waiting since a good 15-minute drive. And the taxis are very expensive

Summary: Conveniently located in an area not far from the airport and close to many restaurants, Isa Residence was the perfect stay for my family (2 adults + 2 kids) on our trip back from Sardinia to Singapore.
The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and staff friendly.
We booked the return shuttle which was on time and well priced, considering the amount of luggage we were carrying! Highly recommended if you're travelling with a family.
Will definitely go back on our next trip.

Summary: The person at the front desk was very kind to allow us an early check in. We appreciate his help. Everything was good except that this hotel had the tiniest shower I have ever used. Very poorly designed hence it was extremely difficult to use it.

Summary: The staff were welcoming. The building is a little dated, but clean. It is in a residential area, but we found a nice dining spot 5 minutes walking distance down the road.
The buffet breakfast helped start the day. They offer a shuttle service to the airport at a reasonable rate.
