Summary: Sergio was there to accommodate and meet us much earlier than planned due to train issues. He quickly helped us get situated with local grocery and restaurant options. It is in a bustling area and yet had peaceful solitude we needed after long fun filled days in Florence and nearby excursions. It felt like a home and had all the amenities we needed to keep us ready for our active schedule. So pleased we stayed with them in Florence.
