The Alpe Maritima Ossiachersee Resort, opened in 2020, is in a great location; 300m from the beautiful Ossiachersee (with public beach) and 150m from the ski lift. The town of Villach is only 9 km away. The 28 apartments are spread over the modern four-storey residence. This apartment is located on the ground floor and is modern and comfortably furnished. The living room has an HD TV and a double sofa bed. In the open kitchen, you will find a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. There are four bedrooms, three of which have two single beds that have been set up as double beds and one bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. The apartment has three bathrooms, all of which have a shower and a toilet. From the apartment, you have a great view over the Ossiacher See and the surrounding mountains. You have a terrace with garden furniture. You can park three cars in the garage or the car park.
