It is our family house and we rent the guest apartment that has 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, all with spacious showers.
All rooms have direct access to the garden.
The apartment has an incredible lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room, the perfect place to relax, read a book, and enjoy a great Umbrian wine while watching the sunset.
The pool area is just perfect with sunbeds and a relaxation area.
ANTICO PODERE VITIANO is the perfect place to spend vacations with family or friends, enjoying exclusive relaxation and privacy.

Summary: It would be a lie to say that the 1000 year old building is top class renovated, however for the prize it was more than expected. The view is just amazing and because of the high location the wind makes the temperature bearable and AC is therefore not needed. The most lovely, generous host stay in an apartment connected to the property and she really made our stay something to remember.
