ACCOMMODATION: Villa Il Forte accommodates up to 16 guests (12 in the main villa and 4 in the adjacent dependance) and is powered entirely by eco-friendly systems, including solar energy and geothermal heating and air refreshment. The main villa is spread over three floors.
The ground floor features a professional kitchen with direct access to a covered pergola equipped with a BBQ, pizza oven, and outdoor dining area, along with a spacious dining room, a sitting room with TV, and an impressive 85 sqm lobby with piano. There are also two bathrooms and a king-size bedroom with ensuite bathtub.
On the first floor, you will find:

Right outside the kitchen, you’ll find a charming gazebo, perfect for dining al fresco or simply relaxing outdoors. This space includes both a BBQ and a pizza oven, creating the ideal setting for unforgettable dinners under the Tuscan sky. The grounds surrounding the villa feature a peaceful country garden with centuries-old olive trees.
Fitness House - exclusive use: the villa features a private Fitness House, included in the rental price and located in a separate building about 50 meters from the main house. This exclusive wellness area offers gym equipment, a sauna, and a dedicated massage room, where a professional masseur can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
