Positive: The location is perfect, right in the center

Negative: Unfortunately, the apartment is a disaster. Dirty and wet walls, terrible mold smell almost impossible to stay inside. Don't open the closet, the smell will hit you in the face. Guys, you have an amazing location, but you must do renovation and do something with the wet walls
