Positive: The food and facilities were amazing. The hotel is well-suited for families with kids.

Negative: Overall, the stay was okay and the hotel has clear potential. However, the first night was very unpleasant due to being placed next to two daycares, and for the first three dinners we were given a folding table, which should never happen in a hotel of this level. These issues were only resolved after we complained, even though such things should be anticipated and properly prepared in advance. Taking everything into consideration, we would still rate the stay a strong 7 out of 10.
