Santa Chiara is set in a quiet rural valley among 2½ acres of mature terraced olive groves and landscaped gardens.It has magnificent views of the valley and surrounding hillsides and is an idyllic place for guests to unwind.This traditional Umbrian stone farmhouse has been carefully restored using original and antique materials wherever possible and converted into 3 luxury holiday apartments.Each apartment has its own independent entrance and private outdoor dining space with BBQ and WIFI.On a secluded sun-trapped terrace is the 10 by 5 metre swimming pool which is designed to be child friendly with stepped entry and a shallow ledge around its perimeter. The area is fenced with access via a gate and has a large patio with sun loungers. We have a large range of baby equipment. Rancale has a full sized cot bed and mattress and travel cots are available for the other apartments.The English speaking owners Paul and Anita live on site and are happy to help answer any questions you may have.
