Positive: Résidence l’Hévana in Méribel offers a fantastic location, with a small walk or a one-stop bus ride to the slopes. The host is welcoming and attentive, making the stay feel personal and comfortable. Onsite parking is a major convenience, and the accommodation itself is cozy and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes.

Negative: The WiFi connection was disappointingly weak, which was frustrating. The swimming pool’s walls have an unpleasant sandpaper-like texture, and our daughter grazed herself on a couple of occasions, which detracted from the experience. The Jacuzzi also tended to be lukewarm and could've done with being a few degrees warmer. The TV in the lounge must be close to 20-years-old and should probably be replaced. I was disappointed to see plastic chopping boards in the kitchen - with all the microplastic pollution everywhere, these should ideally be replaced with wooden or metal ones. The bedroom pillows were too soft for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference. Despite these drawbacks, the overall stay was very enjoyable thanks to the great location and warm hospitality.
