Positive: Super responsive and attentive host! Spacious apartment, beds are adequate, excellent temperature control, good ventilation, fast wifi, private garage and additional parking.

Negative: Somewhat basic furnishing and kitchen utensils, but everything is serviceable. Could use better lighting throughout the unit (but this is a common shortcoming in Italy). You will get some noise from the upstair neighbours starting at 8 am; nothing too bad.

Summary: Very good base to explore Ravenna
