Positive: No one was there when arrived. Rang number in booking. Eventually got a token.

Negative: Complex atempt to use a phone APP as part of the door key opening system. Not realistic when international and only some have roaming packs

Summary: Good space and clean room. Wifi did not work in room but did if sat on couch at reception.
