Summary: This delightful apartment is spartan, but charming and functional, located on a dirt road off the beaten path in the Tuscan countryside. The views are breathtaking and there is a beautiful saltwater pool. Cecilia and her family are very user-friendly. Our apartment didn't offer breakfast but there is a very functional kitchen, and good restaurants and grocery stores are within a 15-30 minute drive. In fact, one is within 1-2 hours of almost everywhere in Tuscany you might want to go. Beware, there are many one lane roads (or "1 1/2" lanes) in the countryside (with spaced wide outs), which for us was fun, but some might not. We would go again.
