Positive: All the staff were so polite and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were modern and clean, the facilities were high quality and designed for utmost comfort. I even had a dead car battery which was fixed by the handyman of the hotel, the hotel staff was so caring which I can thank enough!. All the ski lifts are right outside the hotel as well as shops and Restaurants. It was a memorable perfect stay for our family.

Negative: The food choices for kids are very limited. The breakfast the same everyday. We went put to nearby restaurants most of the days, they were good so we were okay.

Summary: Excellent stay! Wonderful staff, hospitality and facilities as well as excellent location
