The villa, measuring approximately 500 sqm over two floors, offers bright, functional spaces designed to welcome families and groups of up to 13 guests. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, a cosy twin bedroom with bathroom, a guest bathroom, laundry, pantry, staff room with private bathroom, and a characteristic cellar. The first floor features two elegant lounges and five comfortable bedrooms—each with en-suite bathroom—including three double/twin rooms, one double room and one single room with the possibility of an extra bed.
