Large 280 m2 house with 9 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with large sofa and TV and a dining room. Large plot of 2000 m2 with a 10X5 swimming pool, a ping pong table, 10 bikes of all sizes on site, with all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. sleeping possibility for 18-20 people.
The house dates from 1914, it was the old pharmacy of the village of Pontenx les Forges, this house was renovated 2 years ago.
We renovated the house two years ago when we bought it.
The house is on 3 levels with the bedrooms on the R + 1 and R + 2, only 1 bedroom on the ground floor. There are 2 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms, a large living room with large fireplace, TV and large sofa, and a spacious dining room.
There is a large garden table with around thirty chairs for outside dining and a large barbecue.
There is also a small cottage of 60 M2 with 2 bedrooms, which can be rented, so the pool is to be shared with any other tenants.
Possibility to also rent the small gite to privatize the domain, price per week variable depending on the period.
