Situated in a beautiful large garden with stunning views of the countryside, this luxury single story modern house with heated pool, is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday. A twenty minute walk or five minute drive from Belves, one of the most beautiful villages in the Dordogne region. The pool area has a large terrace and the garden also boasts an impressive dining terrace with a bbq area. This is the perfect location for children with a ground level trampoline, garden swing set and petanque pitch.. The village of Belves has some lovely places to eat and drink and there is a bakery nearby and a spar in the village for essentials as well as an excellent butcher.
The house is beautifully appointed with everything you need for the perfect self catering holiday. There is a large kitchen/dining area leading onto a spacious lounge. The kitchen has a large gas range, a nespresso coffee machine and even a cheese fridge!
The master bedroom has a King size bed made up of two single beds and the same is true of bedroom two. Bedroom three can be set up as a twin or a King. All bedrooms are ensuite and the master ensuite also has a bath looking out to the garden. All bedrooms have french doors allowing easy access to the garden. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms to keep cool in the heat of the summer. There is also a ceiling fan over the outdoor dining area as well as a heater for cooler evenings.
The house is incredibly well equipped with a large garage and a laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and large fridge/freezer.
